The final part of my assessment was to produce a lookbook for my brand, which included fabric samples, colour pallettes, my collection and also facts and figures to relates to my job role. Below are a few sample images from my booklet to illustarte the layout and format that I used.

Inspiration- Tribal!

These images have been selected because they follow Monsoons key theme of ethnic origins. I like the trend of tribal too so I have enjoyed looking at this trend in greater detail and also how Monsoon was first inspired by it.

Monsoon Boards

Board 1- This is the full product range that i designed with Monsoon along with a description of why it is relative to the brand i why i chose the colours, samples and garments i did.

Board 2- the idea of board one was to make it more financial and relative to my job role. Therefore i have used spreadsheets and numbers to link in with my job role which was the brand manager

New Monsoon Collection

Although I haven't created a new collection for section 2 of the project I had a look at Monsoon's latest Summer collection. As expected it is very iconic to the brand with its use of bold prints and bright colours, both of which fit in well tih this season.....

Deadlines....

So it's now nearly time to hand in the completed look book and boards that I have been working on in my first year. Just got a few bits to do and then i've finished! I have had problems with my work due to my illustrator file being too big, so i've had to use an alternative way to import my pictures to the look book. They don't have the same quality as they should do but at least i've transferred them on and you can see the layout and style that I was aiming for.

Fabric samples in shapes
The idea of using different shapes to put our samples in was to introduce us the the process of adding our fabrics into the colour pallet on Adobe Illustrator. I used the samples below because they reflect Monsoon and because they were patterns I wanted use, putting them in the shapes helped to show how they would look.
